Short answers to common questions, with links to the full articles when you want more detail.

What plans does Afterify offer?

Four tiers: Free, Amateur, Professional and Unlimited. Each step up raises your storage and website limits and unlocks more features. Compare them in Plans at a glance, and switch any time from your billing settings; see Billing, upgrades and downgrades.

How much storage do I get?

The Free plan includes 5 GB. Amateur raises that to 100 GB, Professional to 500 GB, and Unlimited has no storage cap. A banner in the app warns you as you approach your limit. See Storage and plan limits.

What happens when I hit my storage limit?

New uploads are blocked until you free up space or upgrade. Your existing photos and galleries stay online and shared links keep working. See Upload problems.

What file types can I upload?

Photo uploads accept JPEG, PNG and GIF files. Upload your highest-resolution versions; Afterify generates the web sizes automatically. See Upload photos.

Can I upload video?

Video and audio uploads in the website media manager are available on paid plans. The Free plan is limited to images.

You send an email invite from the client's Sharing page. The invite contains a single-use link where the client sets a password and gets access; after that they log in with their invited email. See Invite clients by email and Client access codes.

Can I take back a client's access?

Yes. From the Sharing page you can resend a pending invite or remove any invited user, which locks them out of the gallery immediately. See Resend or revoke access.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on paid plans. Every website gets a free Afterify URL, and paid plans can connect a custom domain by adding DNS records at their domain provider. See Connect a custom domain.

Can clients download their photos?

Yes, if you allow it. Each project controls whether free downloads are enabled and at what size, and you can also sell downloads through your store instead. See Client downloads.

Can I watermark my photos?

Yes. Watermarks are available on paid plans: create a text or image watermark and apply it to your galleries. See Add watermarks.

How do I get paid for store sales?

Payments run through your own connected Stripe account. Stripe deposits your proceeds to your bank account; Afterify never holds your money. See Connect Stripe.

Who prints and ships my print orders?

WHCC, a professional print-on-demand lab. Orders are submitted automatically after checkout and ship directly to your client with tracking. See Print fulfillment.

Does Afterify take a cut of my sales?

On the Free plan, store sales carry a 15% commission. Paid plans keep everything after Stripe's standard transaction fee. See Store setup overview.

Can I write a blog on my website?

Yes. The Free plan includes up to 5 blog posts; paid plans have no post limit. See Write a blog post.

How do I secure my account?

Verify your email address, then enable two-factor authentication in your profile settings to require a texted code at login. See Two-factor authentication.
